How Shepard AI handles account and product data.
Preview without an account
The preview connects directly to Binance’s public market API; the provider sees your connection IP. A successful preview and your choice to continue with an account are kept in the same tab as a timestamp valid for 30 minutes. If you sign in within that window, an account continuation event is recorded under the existing once-daily and 90-day retention rules. This does not distinguish a new signup from an existing account login; no anonymous tracking identifier is created.
Market readings you share
The share button saves selected market observations to a public link. Your email, account details and private AI text are excluded. The link stays available for 90 days; others can copy it during that time. Deleting your account removes its association with the snapshot.
1. Data we collect
We collect account email, authentication data, plan status, daily usage counters, contact messages, and technical data needed to run the service.
2. How data is used
We use data to provide accounts, process subscriptions, enforce limits, improve reliability, answer support requests, and protect the platform from abuse.
3. Market and AI data
Coin symbols, timeframes, computed indicators, risk scores, and short AI summaries may be stored for caching and product quality.
4. Providers
The service uses infrastructure, authentication, payment, market data, analytics, and AI providers. Provider names may change as the product evolves.
5. Cookies and storage
Browser storage keeps sign-in and language preferences. A campaign source is stored for the browser session as a predefined channel name. Account-linked sign-in, analysis, AI summary, follow and checkout events are recorded once per UTC day and removed by scheduled cleanup after 90 days. Email, verification codes and URL query values are excluded from analytics sent to providers.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed for the product, support, legal, or security reasons. Account deletion requests can be sent to support@shepardai.pro.
